Working spaces will be available in The Nest whenever workshops are not being held. The tables are designed to be modular, allowing for multiple workstyles. Each carrel will have felt screens that can be raised, or lowered to increase, or decrease, privacy depending on needs.
Business Retreats or Other Functions
The Nest is directly connected to two 10-person conference rooms, and four 4-person study rooms. The entire space can be booked for Business Retreats or other functions during Library hours, with priority for dates given to Library sponsored workshops. For-profit businesses can rent the space for $50 per hour. If you would like to come and see the space to get a better idea of how it fits your needs, please contact the Library by phone at 508-949-3880, or email email hidden; JavaScript is required.
The Nest was supported by grant funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the federal Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, and seperate grant funding from The Janet Malser Humanities Trust.
Special thanks to the Gladys E. Kelly Public Library Trustees and the Library Friends for their support on this project.
