Library Cards
How to get a Library Card
Library cards are available for free for those who do not have a library card in any Central/Western Massachusetts Library.
Photo I.D. with a current address is required for adults, if I.D. does not have current address, a piece of mail addressed to you can be used in conjunction with photo I.D. Parent/guardian information is required for children. For young adults with a student I.D., parent and/or guardian information is not required.
Gladys E. Kelly Public Library cards can be used at any CWMARS library.
Cards can be replaced for $1.00.
C/WMARS eCard
Webster residents are now able to sign up for a C/WMARS eCard. This card will give you access to electronic books, and electronic audio books available through the Libby App, as well as access to some of our Online Databases
