Public Library Initiative

The Gladys E. Kelly Public Library Public Library is proud to partner with the Massachusetts Trial Court Law Libraries to offer access to virtual court services through the Public Library Initiative. To better serve our community as they access the virtual court services and resources, the Gladys E. Kelly Public Library is happy to offer:

  • A private study room available for use during video hearings and chats.
  • A desktop computer with stable internet access, video and audio capabilities, and printer access.
  • Link to the A2J website for quick reference.
  • Headphones free of charge.

Hours of Operation

Monday-Thursday: 9AM-8PM

Friday: 9AM-1PM

Saturday: 9AM-2PM (closed on Saturdays from the 4th of July to Labor Day).
